While running True Brew Coffee, Ray is also working day in day out to improve his athletic career as a professional mixed martial artist and is continuing to build a name for his future in both industries. Having no previous experience in the coffee industry, Jose always loved the culture of coffee and the science/art involved in making it and so he started his journey with True Brew looking to learn all he can.

Passionate is one way to describe him as you can catch him at home experimenting different brew methods, reading books about coffee or travelling to different cafes & roasters to try their beans.
